The level of instruction was top notch, the rolls were challenging but not spazzy, and the team was extremely friendly.Khyl is a great instructor and goes into a great level of detail to ensure everyone is getting attention and executing the moves of the day correctly.He’s extremely personable and gave me a lot attention and tips for someone who he knew wasn’t joining his gym (I was upfront that I’m from out of town).
