Ricky, Jesse, and the Gojani brothers know their stuff and build well rounded fighters. Gym regularly hosts UFC/K1 fighters and coaches like Henri Hooft for seminars. Easily the best gym around.

The best gym in Rockland county NY. Coach Ricky takes care of his students like his family. Very good Dutch Kickboxing style and championship fighting material. The gym is very clean all the time for those concerned with hygiene. Go try out a class asap!
