After joining about 6 weeks ago I am totally hooked . Sensei sets a positive, encouraging warm vibe and this is truly a place to get healthier physically and emotionally, as well as becoming confident in self defense. I usually train with Justin during the week and Eric on Saturdays, and they are both amazing people. Even other classmates go out of their way to be helpful. Everyone treats you like family, and I feel blessed to be a part of it !

Been sending my child for 4 years and it was the best experience. It truly shaped him as a person and allowed him to become confident within himself. I have to move states, but if I was never moving I would have never taken him out of it. He would always look forward to his sessions and is so sad to be leaving.

When I was in class we never sparred, if you don't practice being in an actual fight you wont know how to react in a real situation. Hitting pads will only get you so far. I rated five stars anyways because of the wonderful atmosphere and friendly sensei's.
