I have trained with Thomas Clifford's Martial Arts for 12+ years, and my children all received their black belts there too. It's a great place to train, not only based on the instruction and various kinds of classes, it's the people that you train along side. It's a great mixture of men and women, all ages and skill levels, I've made some good friends. Everyone should give it a try!
