About Faustini's Institute of Martial Arts and Fitness
Faustini's Institute of Martial Arts and Fitness has been providing outstanding martial arts training to children, teens, and adults in the Emerson area for 40 years. The institute offers an Americanized TaeKwonDo program that includes Judo and Jiu-Jitsu for children and teens, as well as a self-defense program for adults based on Heiho Shin Do Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Kali Silat, and Pekiti Tirsia Kali. I attended this martial art’s school when I was around 8 up until I was 18 and left for college. Im currently 29, and what I learned shaped my confidence, mindset, and physical well-being for my entire life.
This martial arts school does so much more than just teach you how to kick or punch. It teaches you how to carry yourself, how to treat others, and how to be aware of those around you. Most importantly though, it gives you the confidence to know that you can protect the people you love if you ever need to.

I’ve been apart of Faustini for over 10 years not only getting the best workout in the area they make you feel so comfortable and are there to listen to you and help and support you in every way I’ve meet alot of great people at Faustini which now are some of my closest friends Faustini is my second home and I look forward to going
Sensei Lynn and Sensei Brianna are just the best. They are patient, strict, kind, nurturing, and lead excellent classes. They somehow manage to get a group of 15 five year olds to listen and follow directions! The kids are always engaged and learning. Class is fun, interactive, and flies by!!
