“I had the pleasure of working with Chris x2 on a 5 split unit cleaning this fall/winter. We reached out as they were local and pricing looked very reasonable online. Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work. “We had another plumber come in to do other work and clear a slow drain. They left their snake in the pipe. We called Rainshaw to get this fixed. He came was very personable and professional. He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. He worked effectively and efficiently and was able to get the snake out without needing to replace any of the plumbing. He was also able to clear the clog Now the drain is operating properly. Highly recommend them.“

“I kept getting clogs in the main line, 718 Sewer and Drain Inc. came in and diagnosed the issue. My line was snaked and pressure cleaned then they brought in the camera and checked the line and provided me with the footage. Everything is fine now. They even provided me with tips on how to prevent build up in the main line. Prices are always an issue when it comes to plumbing, but I didn't feel ripped off at the end. Very professional, would recommend.“

Alex was able to explain to my architect about the dust contamination during renovation inside the newly installed heating and cooling units and duct work throughout the house. He brought in extensive equipments designed to decontaminate the delicate grills and cleaned out the inside of the closed cabinets.
