The crew was prompt and clean. When an issue arose following installation, we had a prompt response to fix the issue. “My old fuel oil company informed they were losing down at the end of November. I did some research and read that some of the big name suppliers had some negative reviews. I then came across Family Fuel and Heating i called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and inspect my system. I remembered i had an issue with one of the rooms not getting heat last winter. Rob the owner came over to do the inspection, I told him about the problem. He quickly diagnosed it, went to his service truck and replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. He charged me what I feel was a fair price. Im glad I chose them as my heating supply company“
