Steve truly was an angel we needed him right away. We called him in the morning and he was there that afternoon fixed our problem. Great guy, knowledgeable, expertise, fast service. Honest and professional. Gave a quote after looking at pictures and a video and was on time for the appointment. Unfortunately I didn't check with the building on all requirements and when Steve arrived he was not allowed to enter the building, even after going shopping for replacement parts. He didn't charge anything for the trip or inconvenience. It's rare to come across such a professional. Would highly recommend him.
