“I bought a Friedrich AC from them 5 years ago. It has worked perfectly, but yesterday, the LCD screen froze. I contacted Advanced AC — John got back to me within minutes. He walked me through the fix on the phone.
I’m a cool, happy camper!”
“John came with in a couple of hours. Found the problem and our air condition was fixed immediately. He had all the parts needed with him.”
“Everyone here was super friendly and professional, especially Nick, he was great! My AC broke down, and they were able to come out and fix it with a good turnaround.
Communication was also excellent throughout the whole process. Nick was very responsive whenever I messaged him and kept me updated. I compared the final price with a few other companies, and it was very reasonable and competitive.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!”
