The crew from cool clean were professional, friendly, and even gave me a few words of advice and wisdom when it came to my AC units and keeping them in top condition. I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Love that they are veteran owned and operated. They were also more competitive in pricing than other companies on Long Island. Chris & his team came to clean our Mitsubishi Ductless MiniSplit System in our home. They were extremely professional, efficient, clean, and kind. He gave sound advice on how to care for our units going forward and — at an affordable price!! After 1 week of using my multiple split level units since having Cool Clean complete their cleaning service, my units are working like new with a better flow of air. The service performed was thorough, timely and expert. I never knew about this service until I saw the YouTube videos on the cool Clean website, and at no point was a step missed. I recommend the service to anyone who has their units for a few years and just did minimal service.
