The technicians, Jimel Mincey and Jesus Cohetero arrived earlier than expected which was great. Mr. Mincey informed me of fee before work started which I greatly appreciated. They went straight to work. Mr. Mincey informed me of what was needed to solve issue as well as updating me in interim of work as well as informing me what caused the problem.
