“Just had an emergency gas leak detection service with them on a Sunday and couldn’t recommend this company more. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great customer support, and most importantly a very prompt response. They had someone to my location within 2hrs. I would definitely recommend their service and will be reaching back out to them for any other plumbing issues that might arise. It’s a company you can reliably depend on so look no further!“

“the central air in my unks 4 family building went no no as the tenants called me one after the other saying the vents were blowing warm air and i quickly called w&l ac and in 2 hours they came to check it out . the unit is less then 20 years old and i assumed the worst case scenario but the tech guy was honest and told me a few parts in the unit were no longer working and gave me a estimate for repair cost which was fair and much better then putting in a new unit . the tenants had to go without ac for 2 days as tech guy had to order the parts but thankfully the weather was warm but low humidity. the parts have arrived , the tech has arrived and 3 hours later the tenants are happy and cool and my uncle is happy a new pricey unit was not needed . would recommended this company in a snap , 4.5 stars on my yelp meter.“

“I recently purchased a home in Lincoln Park, NJ. My home has no ducts and is heated with radiators. I knew a ductless system would be the best option for me and I was referred to Artie by a coworker. I couldn’t be happier with their service. The Mitsubishi mini split is very powerful (it gets too cold sometimes!), very quiet and efficient. My electric bill during this past months heatwave was way less than expected compared to the apartment I had with central air or previous use of window AC. I think Artie and his team are a family business, which is nice to see nowadays. Highly recommend.“

“My service call to American Water Resource was contracted out to Liquid Tech Plumbing & Heating. I received a call from the office to schedule the visit, email notification when the plumber will arrive. Plumber was friendly, did not make a huge mess and found the issue very quickly.“
“I have an old house in Queens with crazy windows in the front. We never had A/C & this Summer i had ENOUGH! While calling around for estimates Max from LINLI was kind enough to Google my address & gave me the best quote. It seems that LINLI & WT Heating work together. I requested an in home assessment & the recommendation was adjusted upward based upon my future needs. Their price was still MUCH better than anyone else I called. I decided to use them & I am thrilled!!!! Two men arrived & went right to work! They answered all my questions & placed each unit where I wanted them. They also cleaned up & carried away the debris. They demonstrated how to use the units & how to clean the filters. We've had our system now for 3 months. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend LINLI/WT Heating for a ductless installation!“

Not sure if this is a fair price.When I called, they told me there is an diagnostic fee of $100, didn’t mention hour labor fee. When they finish, charged me $350. They told me the temperature sensor cost $80-90. The rest are labor fee.“

“I am very grateful for Ranshaw helping me out of a horrible situation with my oil burner. I had purchased a new oil burner a month earlier with my oil company. Since it was installed it wasn't working correctly in starting and stopping continuously all day. That is called short cycling caused by an oversized oil burner. I tried to get my oil company to fix it but they said they couldn't do anything. I then called Ranshaw because I heard that even though they sold their oil company, they might help me because they are the best. They sent 2 highly trained professionals who did a full diagnostic on my oil burner and wrote down solutions for my original oil company to correct. They were able to figure out how to fix it and my oil company will do what they suggested. Many thanks to Ranshaw for helping me when no one else could. God Bless them! Thank You!“
