Setting up the appointment was a breeze. They were very responsive to all my questions and it was easy making my appointment via text.They gave me a time frame and when the tech was a 5 minutes away I got a text that he was coming along with his picture.The two techs that came wore foot protectors and were very polite. They did A great job.
I called VentRight for a vent cleaning and replacement of the exhaust hose. Jaye was very thorough and knowledgeable. He cleaned The vent from the roof and our unit; which in the past other companies have just cleaned the vent from our unit. They put everything back in place and left the area cleaner than they found it. Will definitely call them for future issues.
What a phenomenal service I received. Their technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and the customer service was the best I've ever received. Will be using VentRight for all of my HVAC and dryer vent needs!!
