Overall, I was very satisfied with the outcome of the work. My window air conditioners are now working 10 times better. Had to remind the team to lay plastic on the carpets In the areas they were working.Language was a little bit of an issue, but we were able to work through it.
I had a really disgusting and neglected AC window unit with years of mold growth in my new home. VacRock was exceptional and professional from start to finish, whether it came to providing a COI for my building, scheduling an appointment, and ultimately cleaning the unit. I cannot recommend them more highly!
I have had two positive experiences with VacRock. I am always afraid of being gouged or work not being done properly. It seems that I do not have to worry about that with VacRock. It is a big relief to feel I have someone to help me that is trustworthy and reasonable. I recommend VacRock.
