We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! “I just had Taylor Heating replace my 21 year old AC and Furnace after the AC unit dead. They provide me with a high performance Lennox system. Gerome, Matt, Ben showed up in Thursday to start the work. Ben noticed a major problem with my hot water heater tank and I ended having to get a new tankless hot water heater. Ben had to pivot and work on that install and took him until 9:30 pm Thursday night with the help of a 4th person , Willy. Matt and Gerome finished the AC and Furnace today. “On Friday morning September 2, 2022 @ approximately 11:30 Am I was watching TV. All of a sudden, I heard my kitchen sink making a gurgling sound. I didn't think anything of it because I've heard the same sound over the past six years in my apartment. The sound got worse than I'd ever heard it in the past, so I got up to investigate further. Low and behold the sink was almost full to the top with murky colored water with a foul odor. I immediately grabbed my mop pail and a large plastic McDonald's cup and started dipping the water from the sink. Once I got it all out except a tiny bit. I grabbed my kitchen plunger and started plunging. The sink began to fill again. I did this process for about 6 pails, many plunging attempts that all failed. I then called the emergency maintenance person for Goose Landing Senior Citizens Apartment Complex. Gregory Morris arrived in a timely manner, and he worked diligently for over an hour to get the pipes clear with no avail. Gregory decided to call for back up. Thank God for Gregory Morris's call to Kennedy Mechanical Plumbing Service Inc Manager Mike Fo-Lino . Mike came and worked diligently into the night until around 10:30 PM. To our dismay there was something deeper than just a plugged-up sink that Mike Fo-Lino needed to do. Mr. Fo-Lino apologized and said he'd have to come back the next day. He did just that. He also had another Kennedy expert with him, his name was Mike also. Both of them brought in the camera equipment, plumbing snakes and every tool necessary to take care of the job, unfortunately whosoever the plumbing contractors who laid out the plumbing for this building made it not so easy for future Plummers to work with ease on a first call. Mike Fo-Lino apologized once again to me, and I could see on his and his coworkers faces they were both dismayed. I told them not to worry, my brother lives next door to me and it being a holiday weekend, I'd see him (Mike Fo-Lino on Tuesday September 6, 2022. Today Mike Fo-Lino showed up along with Home Leasing Maintenace Supervisor and they located the pipeline that was causing the problem. I am one. I give three thumbs Up to Kennedy Service Mechanical Inc and Mike Fo-Lino. Thank you all so much! You're awesome satisfied customer. You guys definitely take care of business.“
