“I have a 25+year old refrigerator. The ice machine stopped working years ago. I finally decided to get it fixed, so called on Tom who I knew from fixing some of my other appliances. Tom went above and beyond to get this thing to work. We tried multiple ice makers and fittings and nothing we needed was available because the unit is so old. But he was determined to get it working and after changing an old valve and multiple attempts to encourage the unit to start working- it actually started working. It looked dismal there for a bit but I now have lots of wonderful ice and am truly appreciative of all of Tom’s efforts. I highly recommend him!“

“Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations. The technician looked at the dryer for less than 2 minutes and figured out what the issues was. I was skeptical at first, but he was right, it's been around 2 weeks and the dryer works just fine. If I ever have issues with a home appliance, I know who to call.“
