So nice to be able to go to a place where you can actually try the vacuum. All the features were explained. I probably would have bought the wrong machine for my home if I went somewhere else. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Although I didn't get anything repaired here and my problem's still unresolved, the customer service is great and very helpful!
I'm looking for a replacement handle/wand for a Hoover cordless vacuum.
I called in and Al picked up. Told him my concern, and then he asked for my name and number so he could call me back after checking if they have the part I need.
After 5 minutes, I got a call back and he said none of their warehouses has that part, so he advised me to contact Hoover directly.
