Had issues with Wolf stove, after trying 3 different service places, Alex came in, quickly identified the problem and fixed it. It has been working excellent ever since. Also had a problem with refrigerator, this time I knew who to call. Alex showed up promptly and again fixed the problems with no issues. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with any other company, American Service is the best!

The entire experience was great. Easy to make an appointment, polite, professional, quick, and well-informed - 2 days later Alex was at my home to fix my issue on my oven (which I had caused - do not YouTube fixes). Alex was professional, kind, patient, and resolved my issue. I will still need a follow-up for a secondary part (my oven is old), but could not be happier with the service.
