My freezer was giving me problems, and RD made it such a seamless process. They are well organized from setting up the appointment to friendly reminders and arriving when they said they would. Their staff is nice and professional.
I highly recommend this company. From the first call to set up the appointment and obtain the insurance certificate to the serviceman making the repairs, it was all professionally handled. The communication and follow up was excellent.
This is the 2nd time that I have used RD Appliance, for two different issues with a large AGA appliance and both the office and field personnel were courteous and professional. We were extremely impressed by the responsiveness and follow up.
