Have used them before for a Thermador refrigerator and called them again for Thermador stove repair. Asked for previous repairman and he was sent, overall service is fantastic, but the price is a premium as the initial service call ($199+tax) is not included in the repair bill. Repair was done on the initial service call as the service tech had the part in the truck, and I was charged on top of the $199 a price which I told them was excessive for the service performed. I understand premium equipment will cost more but when a service is done on the initial visit there should be some consideration. Overall great service with a premium price tag.

Extremely professional. Showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Assess the problem and quickly came up with a reasonable fix. I would definitely recommend them as I have used other appliance repair services in the past and have been very unsatisfied.
