“Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations. The technician looked at the dryer for less than 2 minutes and figured out what the issues was. I was skeptical at first, but he was right, it's been around 2 weeks and the dryer works just fine. If I ever have issues with a home appliance, I know who to call.“

He even put on protective booties to not get anything on our floors. James did a thorough inspection and ended up replacing a few part to bring our burner up to tiptop shape. Cost was ZERO!
