On time, courteous and professional. They stand by their warranty if a prior repair does not solve the problem. Easy to accommodate your schedule especially if you work or have to get the kids to & from school. Highly recommend this 5 star company.

Reviews
Great service and timely repairs done. This was a warranty call and they handled the issue quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with Viking appliances.
We were having an issue with a fairly new dishwasher not draining. I called American services appliance repair and from the beginning to the end it was a great experience. They kept in contact with us like they said they would and when the technician Alex showed up he was very personable, and respectful. He fixed the issue which thankfully was just a clogged hose. He could of said it needed a new discharge pump but he was honest. I will definitely use them again when needed and I highly recommend them.
