American Service is the ultimate in a professional experience. Their communication is excellent, their service techs are top notch, and they are great with high end appliances. Recommend them highly.
I was absolutely amazed and more than satisfied with the service I received by American Service Company. After waiting over 4 months for another repair company to find the part, I called American Service. The agent, Alex, was prompt, courteous and very competent. He obtained the part and completed the job efficiently and correctly. I will always call American Service Company for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.
American Service was great. We called them at 8am and they had our old dishwasher fixed by 11am. The customer services rep and the technician were knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
