I have a 25+year old refrigerator. The ice machine stopped working years ago. I finally decided to get it fixed, so called on Tom who I knew from fixing some of my other appliances. Tom went above and beyond to get this thing to work. We tried multiple ice makers and fittings and nothing we needed was available because the unit is so old. But he was determined to get it working and after changing an old valve and multiple attempts to encourage the unit to start working- it actually started working. It looked dismal there for a bit but I now have lots of wonderful ice and am truly appreciative of all of Tom’s efforts. I highly recommend him!

What a pleasurable experience working with Laura and All Appliance! Our washing machine died and our warranty company referred All Appliance to help with the warranty process. You can imagine the need to get this resolved given a full household and backed up laundry. Not only was Laura engaged throughout the entire process, but she helped resolve the issue with a very favorable outcome all within 48 hours! I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Trust me, give Laura a call when you have an appliance need!

All appliance is the best! I matter when I call them, there is no hesitation and they get to me quickly and have the issue fixed before I know it! Tommy and Laura are the best and I can’t ask for more! If you need something fixed, they are the ones to do it!
