Called technician for washer repair. Person showed up. Charged a 100$ for identifying a problem. Said we need to buy a part for our washer for 400$
We agreed (although a new machines are starting at 500$).. he said it will take a few days for this part to come in.
2 weeks have passed - nothing!!! I called the company and they were very nasty on the phone stating technician should have warned us that it will take 7-10 business days for the part!!!
If he told us this from the very beginning we would never agree to it. We would buy a new one altogether.
Not only the part is super expensive but also the speed with which they are moving is not exactly the best!!!...read full review

Copiague Appliance Repair is a total rip-off its been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything about the part that was suppose to be ordered for my machine.I called several times and all I get is that someone will get intouch with me (which they don't)I filed a complaint with the bbb to get my 300.00 deposit back since the company address that's listed is not the actual address and is in reality a mobile company.I will never ever recommend this company to anyoneService: Washing machine repair

I immediately contacted Copiague Appliance Repair when I noticed that my dryer was overheating. Good thing, their dryer repair technician, came right away. He discovered that a partially shorted out heating element assembly. He was finished in under an hour. Thanks for that speedy and incredible appliances repair service!
