“Cesar responded to voice mail within 45 minutes and came to our house later in the day. He brought the part he thought our Kenmore refrigerator would need (it had stopped cooling) and he was right. He installed the part and waited to ensure the refrigerator was cooling again, then thoroughly vacuumed the coils and mechanism. Meanwhile he installed a lid switch I had purchased on our washing machine. He was polite and professional and his price was fair. I can recommend him and will use him for future repairs or installations.”
