Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations. The technician looked at the dryer for less than 2 minutes and figured out what the issues was. I was skeptical at first, but he was right, it's been around 2 weeks and the dryer works just fine. If I ever have issues with a home appliance, I know who to call.
I am once again a happy customer of Harp Home Services. I previously had an issue with my dishwasher & Theresa walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue since it was a weekend, I was having a party that night & her idea fixed the issue.!!!! Well a month later, had the same problem, tried her ideas but still wouldn't work. So I called Harp, spoke with Theresa & within a few hours my dishwasher was once again working like a charm. My dishwasher is hardwired so it isn't plugged into an outlet. (one of the electrical wires became loose & wasn't making a tight connection). I'm now ready for my Memorial Day Barbecue!!!! Thanks again Harp Home! You are the Best.
