    Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations. The technician looked at the dryer for less than 2 minutes and figured out what the issues was. I was skeptical at first, but he was right, it's been around 2 weeks and the dryer works just fine. If I ever have issues with a home appliance, I know who to call.

    Harp is customer service driven. I have the Frigidaire professional series side by side single refrigerator and freezer… they are 2.5 years old… refrigerator stopped working and it has a Freon leak… they didn’t push a repair as it is not guaranteed what they do will stop it and it is costly… so refreshing to see a company worried about the customer… I highly recommend Harp if you need repairsService: Refrigerator/freezer repair
