Michelle is very friendly and approachable and always terrific with front desk matters, and frankly a life saver with urgent issues. Karoll, the office phlebotomist has been great with getting my lab work done and drawing blood is a virtually painless routine with her.
Paul has tinted my house and cars. All have turned out wonderfully !! Super professional and efficient.
Raphael and his team did a fabulous job of installing a new kitchen and bathroom to replace the old, dated ones in the condo I purchased. They also renovated a small bathroom, installed a closet, new floors, and did other structural repairs.
They are reliable, responsive to all questions and needs, and meticulous in their attention to detail. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Empire Cabinets and Vanities.

Best tailor around, a couple of summers ago I lost some weight and was in desperate need of alterations for a bridesmaid dress. Nick took the dress in at least two sizes, boning/lace and all, and it looked impeccable. I felt amazing - all my anxieties about ruining my friends wedding disappeared. I've since moved a bit of a distance away, but I am still planning on making the drive down soon to get some suit jackets tailored because I really wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend!!

The always did what I needed with glass. Never once did I have a glass need that they couldn't help me with. That being said I didn't have crazy glass needs, but reasonable ones, like make me a glass for this table top, or put a new glass in this windows. Anyway... I care more about the quality of work done and this salon does a great job at that. I can only speak for male hairstyles but I’m sure for both male and female hairstyles the quality of high. The price is a bit high but I felt it to be worth every penny as I have a thick full head of hair and doing it myself takes hours while here 2 hours for a lot of work. Backstory: I used to go to another barber shop near me. After 2 barbers left, I tried another new barber because of the atmosphere. Unfortunately I just don't care for the way he did my fades, I always walked away with hard lines and didn't like the look.
Introduction: In my search for another shop I tried this one. Not knowing exactly what to expect. I googled it and went to the page. I booked an appointment with the owner Ronaldo. It's a Dominican shop, everyone speaks Spanish primarily. But I imagine they speak English too (Ronaldo did) and it seemed most of the clientele (while I was there 6pm on a Friday) were Dominican as well. They are located on Route 52 across the street from the ReStore, on the corner where the onramp to interstate 84 is.
Atmosphere: There's Bachata playing, red painted walls, it's loud enough that you won't fall asleep in the chair. There 6 chairs and they are all busy.
The Cut: Ronaldo took me in 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time and asked me what I wanted. I showed him a picture and we were off. You could tell he's been doing this a while as he made his line and started giving me the skin fade. He stopped once to ask how I like the top and he scissor trimmed it, And did a hot towel and razors edge. Took about half an hour (standard for my type of cut) and also trimmed my eyebrows.
Verdict: slightly shorter than I normally get but all in all it's a good cut. Blend is smooth and the fade transitions well. Atmosphere isn't exactly what I like. But that's a cultural difference, and I can get used to it.

I love my experiences at VN Nails (soon to be Rainbow T Nails) both past and present! Since they have changed over management, Anna one of the new co-owners has been so wonderful in her artistry, hospitality, and overall kind demeanor. The last time I was in the spa she even fixed a client’s nail that had broken, free of charge. Her policy is that she will repair nails within two weeks of the service. When I was looking for a new hair girl I took the recommendations from Bad Mom’s Fb group and made an apt with Lindsey. That was a couple of years ago & even when she moved from Wantagh to Sayville I knew I was just going to be exploring Sayville. There was no way she was getting rid of me that easy. As most women know - a hair apt can take a ltl while. We sit there and start with small talk but after years & hours in a chair, those convo’s change. They become deeper & in that, Lindsey has become a friend. She listens to what you want ( and she listens to all the other stuff I say- lol) but she truly is the best. Her work - her art - her talent speaks for itself. I don’t write many reviews but she most certainly deserves one.

Our mini-splits (both compressors) went out in the middle of a heat wave. Another company wouldn't help because they hadn't installed the units and we weren't existing customers. Eric got a tech over immediately to check out the situation, gave us very complete information about what was going on, then shuffled their schedule around so that could respond to the issue the next day. The tech gave me detailed information about what he did, what might happen in the future (because of poor initial installation by yet another company), and expressed great pride in the work Valenza does. That sealed the deal for me -- I will definitely reach out to them again if I need anything for plumbing or HVAC.

He came to my rescue and squeezed me into his schedule the same day i called him for a quote because i needed a new system asap! His prices are extremely reasonable and he was always there to answer all of my questions even when it was outside of his work. Recommend highly. We've gone through multiple plumbers in the last few years and 1. He calls you back. Really. 2. He shows up 3. he caught an issue that the other plumber didn't. We had a clog in the bathroom sink, a no name plumber cleared it, but the toilet mysteriously then had the very same issue. He fixed it (and even had his son fix something on the screen door that he noticed as I was just utterly done with the house at the moment due to damage due to ice dams etc)
This company is the best in town! We have been scammed by a few hvac companies before until I found Reliable Heating through Thumbtack. We're in Dutchess County and have been extremely happy with the level of expertise, promptness and all around trustworthy detail that goes into their work. I called American Eagle Electric after discovering a heat-damaged outlet caused by a space heater. Barbara answered the phone right away and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I got very lucky with timing - due to rain, they had an electrician available sooner than expected, and they were able to come out the same day.
Josh, the electrician, was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained exactly what had happened, inspected everything thoroughly, and replaced the damaged outlet properly, including independently splicing the wires rather than relying on the receptacle itself. The work was clean and done in under an hour.
The total cost was I felt very reasonable for the quality of service. Josh even called ahead to let me know he was on the way, which I really appreciated.
Billing was easy - they emailed me the invoice after the job was finished, and I was able to quickly pay online and download a receipt.
Highly recommend - responsive, honest, and professional. I would absolutely call them again.

We noticed if yellow jackets getting into the soffit on a Saturday morning.We called Joe at Pestology-101 and he was at our house within a couple hours. He walked us through what the procedure was and got to it. Hopefully this initial dusting works and takes care of the hive but if not Joe said he'd be back and we could tackle it from the inside.
I have been a loyal customer since 2006. Eastern Pest has been exterminating my home throughout the spring and fall and I just recently hired them to continued service all year. Any problem that arises, I can contact Glenn (the owner) or the man that exterminates my home (Nick) and they return my call as soon as possible. Any problem, it is usually resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I use them for tick control and I honestly since using them have not found one tick on my children. I also had a major ant issue this past spring that was an ongoing issue and Nick was persistent with keeping up and following up with this issue till it was resolved. I honestly have to say that Glenn has personally contacted me and followed up with any issue that arises. I have been loyal for 13 years and I trust them. I never wanted to spray anything in my home or outside of my home, but Glenn has always assured me of this. Their service it top notch and very customer friendly.
Benjamin came out to the house because Kyle was unavailable. I was really stressed because I thought there were roaches coming into the house, but thankfully, that was not the case. It turns out some type of beetles that look like roaches were coming into the house. Not that I was happy about the Beatles, but I was relieved it wasn’t roaches. Anyway, Benjamin did a great job of looking through everything and making sure that it wasn’t roaches and Kyle had put down some glue traps for the cave crickets and that had a couple of the Beatles in there. So that with a couple of pictures, he was able to call the office and verify that it wasn’t a roach problem and he sprayed the room with some type of insecticide to kill the beetles. He was very patient and moving around the small room while I move things out of the way and he explained everything to me and he did a great job. He totally put my mind at ease. Once again, thank you Erhlich for taking care of our situation.

We had an outstanding expereince and outcome with the work performed by the Wood Shop tree service. From scheduling to punctuality and necessary communication, the folks at Wood Shop are true professionals. This work was quite challenging manuevering through a swampy, muddy area to gain access to the areas that needed tree removal. These gentlemen worked safely with cutting edge equipment. The site now appears transformed . They also worked tirelesslky to ensure the entore was cleaned of any residual branches and debris that usually accompanies work of this magnitude. Other than the trees that were professionally removed, one could not tell they were here at all. Outstanding job to the degree we scheduled them to come back and perform other work for us. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had acupuncture treatments many times throughout my life, I have to say Dr. Joyce’s treatment was the most gentle yet powerful experience I’ve had. I came in for pain in a joint and some other issues. I left feeling pain free and more relaxed than I’ve felt in a long time. I will definitely go back for more sessions and recommend Dr. Joyce to anyone I know who is looking for an acupuncturist.

I recently visited Dr. Lisa Vitale for an acupuncture session to address a persistent pain and pinched nerve in my neck, that has been bothering me for a couple of months.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease in her calm, serene, and very professional space. Dr. Vitale took the time to really listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions about my symptoms and overall health, and then right there on the spot, created a personalized treatment plan just for me.
The acupuncture session itself was fantastic—she's incredibly skilled and gentle. I could feel the difference almost immediately, and by the end of the treatment, my neck pain had significantly eased. I'm very happy to report that the relief has lasted, and I'm already noticing better mobility and less tension in my neck and upper back. She's clearly an expert with a rather significant amount of experience, and it shows in how effective, caring and efficient her approach is.
