I’m pretty new to the area and was in real need of a plumber. The toilet/shower in my downstairs bathroom were not working and the shut off values on my well and water softener were completely rusted through. I also needed a new gauge for my well. I needed a new toilet and a new shower! Mario worked with me about timing and was super flexible and accommodating of my schedule. He came in the morning with a fellow associate, walked through all the issues, did an assessment of parts needed and cost. The cost was about half of what I was expecting to pay!!! Mario then went out, shopped for parts, came back and proceeded to fix everything within that same day! Everything was finished by 4:15! Both gentlemen who polite and very communicative. They cleaned up everything when they left! It feels like such relief to finally know who to call when I have an emergency or need some advice about plumbing! These guys are the BEST!
