I’ve been seeing Dr. Manish Raval for a number of years. He’s very patient, a good listener and I appreciate his direction on my medical care. Michelle is very friendly and approachable and always terrific with front desk matters, and frankly a life saver with urgent issues. Karoll, the office phlebotomist has been great with getting my lab work done and drawing blood is a virtually painless routine with her.
I've seen Dr Manish Raval since 2018. I don't have anything to say that's negative. I've stayed this long because of the good vibes and a pleasant environment with caring staff including the office, receptionist's, and Ms Taylor (the N.P. working with Dr Manish Raval's office.) Dr. Raval is a great listener which has a positive effect on the outcome of any number of health issues they treat. They also offer MAT maintenance for OUD patients. If you're looking for a new PCP, I'd definitely give Dr. Manish Raval a huge recommendation. One After thought, one Improvement that could be made is getting them on the phone for whatever reason you're calling. Other than that, 💯💯💯
Dr. Raval has been my children’s physician since they were born, so I have trusted this practice for over 20 years. I truly value the long-term relationship we’ve built and appreciate that I can also receive care here as a patient. Like any healthcare setting, there have been changes over the years, but I have seen positive improvements in the level of care and overall patient experience. It’s clear that the staff is making an effort to grow and better meet the needs of their patients, which I really respect.
