I'm glad that I chose Robert J Lutz Home Improvement, and I was glad on every step of the project, from planning to completion. I remember the first day when the materials were delivered to my house, I saw a stack of what looked like half-inch plywood, and I thought to myself: that's good, they're using real plywood and not that fake OSB. On the last day, I happened to see a scrap of that plywood waiting to go into the dumpster, and it looked thicker than half-inch, so I asked Rob about it. He told me that the plans call for half-inch, but he uses five-eights. I've got a great deck and two porches. I'm very happy.

Rob has done several major projects and renovations in my 1890s home. He is not only very professional, but also very honest and straightforward. What is best about Rob, is his ability to design space and offer excellent suggestions for remodeling. He picks great products and has a great sense for the time period of the home. He added a full bathroom in my house and remodeled a second bathroom. I have now hired him to replace all the windows. He is great - give him a call.
