I had a recent urgent/emergency issue with my cat, and they were able to successfully treat him, with the most loving and attentive care! I had an excellent experience with my dog’s dental exam! The staff was incredibly caring, gentle, and professional from start to finish. The office was spotless, clean, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. They took the time to thoroughly examine my dog, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions. I had the unfortunate (and unexpected) experience of my senior cat getting her toe stuck in a shower drain. She had just been to the vet that morning so they freshly examined her. After trying to help her as best I can myself I decided to call and ask for advice, and was told I should bring her in. As soon as I brought her in they took her back and after about 15 minutes (and a little bit of kitty sedation meds) they were able to get it off. The front desk made sure I knew the entire staff was back there with her comforting her and making sure she wasn’t alone.
