Dr. Joyce Lily is amazing at acupuncture, cupping, and even combining styles of acupuncture in order to target specific knots. I've experienced acupuncture with other providers. However, this was the first time that I really felt a tingly sensation while I was resting and there was a needle that was put into a particular point that caused me to fall asleep. I woke up from the rest feeling more energized. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I'm blown away. I've had neck and back pain for months and sciatic pain for years - stretching, heating pads, advil - none of it would help. In only 2 sessions, Joyce has nearly eliminated all the pain I was feeling. And not only that, but she talks through things to do in your everyday life to help prevent the pain from coming back.

I will apologize for the length of this up front, but I hope anyone reading this will find the answer they are looking for, especially if you are a skeptic of Eastern Medicine. As a health care professional, my training has been scientifically based in western medicine. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with c4-c7 herniations and severe foraminal stenosis. I had done PT, steroids, and exercise and it worked to control the nerve pain that I was experiencing.
