“We noticed if yellow jackets getting into the soffit on a Saturday morning.We called Joe at Pestology-101 and he was at our house within a couple hours. He walked us through what the procedure was and got to it. Hopefully this initial dusting works and takes care of the hive but if not Joe said he'd be back and we could tackle it from the inside.“

“Benjamin came out to the house because Kyle was unavailable. I was really stressed because I thought there were roaches coming into the house, but thankfully, that was not the case. It turns out some type of beetles that look like roaches were coming into the house. Not that I was happy about the Beatles, but I was relieved it wasn’t roaches. Anyway, Benjamin did a great job of looking through everything and making sure that it wasn’t roaches and Kyle had put down some glue traps for the cave crickets and that had a couple of the Beatles in there. So that with a couple of pictures, he was able to call the office and verify that it wasn’t a roach problem and he sprayed the room with some type of insecticide to kill the beetles. He was very patient and moving around the small room while I move things out of the way and he explained everything to me and he did a great job. He totally put my mind at ease. Once again, thank you Erhlich for taking care of our situation.“

“I have been a loyal customer since 2006. Eastern Pest has been exterminating my home throughout the spring and fall and I just recently hired them to continued service all year. Any problem that arises, I can contact Glenn (the owner) or the man that exterminates my home (Nick) and they return my call as soon as possible. Any problem, it is usually resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I use them for tick control and I honestly since using them have not found one tick on my children. I also had a major ant issue this past spring that was an ongoing issue and Nick was persistent with keeping up and following up with this issue till it was resolved. I honestly have to say that Glenn has personally contacted me and followed up with any issue that arises. I have been loyal for 13 years and I trust them. I never wanted to spray anything in my home or outside of my home, but Glenn has always assured me of this. Their service it top notch and very customer friendly.“
