I had a great experience with Christian from United A/C, Refrigeration Plumbing & Heating Inc. He was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the service visit. From the moment he arrived, he showed great consideration for my home by offering to either remove his shoes or cover them to avoid tracking in any dirt or making a mess.

Christian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. It's refreshing to work with a technician who is not only skilled at his job but also courteous and attentive to customer concerns.

My AC wasn't working properly in my home yesterday, so i called management and sent a technician out right away . The technician name is Christian and he did an amazing job and fixed my ac . He was professional and he got the job done . I would recommend this company to anyone . Very professional and reliable.
