“We used Creative Home Improvements in May of 2023 for our Kitchen renovation and flooring for our first floor. We were so impressed with Carlos and his team. They were extremely professional, communicated any issues along the way, they were punctual every morning and left our house clean every day during the renovation. Our renovation from demo to completion was two weeks and two days!! They had to demo walls, remove and replace 1200 sf of flooring, and completely gutted and renovated our kitchen in just over two weeks!! “Luke of Lakeside was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The heater in the bathroom had been leaking water for years and rotted out the whole floor(he didn’t do the original work). He laid out all the work that needed to be taken care of, gave us spot on solid estimates and came in right on budget, now extra BS. He worked fast and got the job done right and fixed all the bad work that had been done. Any work he couldn’t do he referred us to a great carpenter and they work super well together.I call him whenever there’s an issue, and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s a solid dude and enjoy working with him, two thumbs up.“

“286 Hudson, C-on-H. We had 30 plus years of minimally maintained, overgrown forsythia in our back and side yard, some of this was 10 ft tall and inter-twined. In the back it had to be done by hand, on the side there was machine access on Columbus Ave. Two separate project days, Dave brought his team in and in a couple hours each time, they ripped it out, roots and all, and took it all away. Many thanks to Dave and team for a quick, successful, reasonable$$ and professional job.“
“Jeff Toland / Toland Construction is a great craftsman and cares about quality work. He is honest, gives quotes that are reasonable and does the work on time. The workmanship is first rate and he is a great communicator. You need to see his portfolio of projects that he has done over the past 35 years in Cold Spring, Beacon, NYC, etc., to get a sense of how devoted he is to his customers and the quality of his work. He has numerous great referrals. Note: there is a customer on here who gave a really negative review and I think from the looks of it that you should not pay any attention to it. I've had nothing but good experiences with Jeff. Instead, I think you should call Jeff for an estimate, speak with him and judge for yourself. You'll be quite pleased you did-- he's a great contractor and person.“
“Got my stunning frameless shower doors about 5 years ago. Absolutely stunning doors and they care about the work they do for you. The best is they back up their work, if you have an issue, they are there to check it out. My issues had nothing to do with the shower doors or installation, but had to do with the other guys who remodeled bathroom for me. If you want reliability, honesty - trust me, this is the place. I realized I forgot to comment years ago when he did the wonderful job for me.“
