“Recently we lost our beloved mother. It was a traumatic loss for our family, but the staff at Charles O’Shea helped us through it.
Nicole was warm and compassionate, guiding us through difficult questions. By the end of our planning session, Nicole placed icons on our phones so that we could access and share details of mom’s wake and funeral. In addition, the website she created allowed friends and loved ones to add messages with memories, photos and virtual candles. These messages gave us so much solace.
In addition to creating the website and planning all details of the wake and funeral, Nicole planned the mass and cemetery burial.
While Nicole held our hands through the planning, Kevin and James helped our family through the visitation, mass and burial. They made sure that all of the details went smoothly. Relatives, friends and colleagues all commented that they had never attended a more exquisite funeral.
