My husband's family has used Cassidy funeral services several times through the years, but it was only in the last few years that I have had the misfortune of having to make arrangements for people in my family. Bill and his employees were compassionate, sensitive, and very responsive. They came to our aid late at night and treated us and our beloved departed ones delicately and with respect. Bill and Sue are the best. My sister and I had lost both of our parents and was dealing with this funeral parlor in Queens who were beyond horrible. I decided to call Cassidy Funeral Home to see if I could transfer my parents to their establishment. This was the best decision I made. They were compassionate, polite, and very professional. I explained to Sue my issues and pleased with the results. My sister met with Bill the following day and Bill was able to pick up my parents bodies and too good care of them. They deserve 10 Stars.
