First, the quote we were given, for removal of our flying squirrels , I thought was reasonable. After all it is a 3 story home! 2/ the man that came to do do the assessment, was thorough and patient with all my questions! Very polite, took all kinds of pictures that I could see the squirrels were in the attic. 3/ he was quickly able to bring our appointment closer to the date As we had 4 squirrels we had caught, which didn’t settle well with us. 4 the men that came were absolutely thorough, and polite and very nice. Just had my installation done, so I cannot comment on the results, but I was very pleased with Tim who took the time to explain everything to me and Frank who did the installation. Both were punctual and professional.
