Oh man, where to start. Courtney was absolutely fantastic. I was able to easily schedule an appointment without going back and forth thanks to her online scheduling. She was able to squeeze my daughter in with me at last minute, which was amazing and saved me from making time on a different day. Courtney’s personality was great, she was super easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She was also super friendly and patient with my 2 year old for her first haircut. Courtney was knowledgeable and was able to kindly educate me on what was best for my hair and what would work or not work. For once I was able to tell a stylist to do what she thought best to help with issues I had - and she did it! Most just do a basic cut because they don’t know what to do. My hair was jacked up after shaving it all off a year ago. She totally transformed it and shaped it into a super cute cut that immediately put some confidence back into me!! Thank you so much Courtney, I would recommend you to everyone and will definitely be back!

I feel like myself again. The length is perfect and my hair sit properly again! The other “Franchise” I use to go to didn’t know anything about hair.
