“My son suffered a fractured knee cap during the late winter/early spring soccer season. After 9 weeks of immobility and crutches, we were referred for physical therapy to help build his movement and strength back up. A good friend recommended us specifically to Joe at this practice, and I can't say enough positive things about everyone there! The staff at the front desk are incredibly personable, kind and upbeat. Joe worked PT with my son and oversaw when he was working with another PT in the office as well. Each person he worked with was kind with him, striking up conversation, giving clear directions and making sure he was always comfortable with the exercises, heat/cold therapy and massage for sore muscles. After helping build back my son's mobility, we opted to continue working with Joe and crew for another 6 weeks to help build back strength and agility of the affected limb. By the end, we were so pleased to see how well my son regained strength and movement. With all of this, they helped build back his confidence in himself as a young but serious athlete, helping him understand when it's acceptable to push his affected area further and when to scale back. This was more than a PT/chiro practice; we gained so much trust and understanding of a situation that could have been just another transaction. Thank you to the whole team, and I'll be highly recommending in the future PT care with Joe, Tayshawn and Connor (special shout out to Jayda at the front desk)!”
