“Discovered we had a substantial blockage in our main at around 8:00 pm a few days ago. Called in an emergency and by 10:00pm he was at our house. The service was fairly priced and meticulously done. The blockage was removed promptly and a bunch of extra steps taken to make sure we were good to go before completion. Glenn is now my go to drain guy. He got us out of a humongous jam and I can’t thank him enough. He is incredibly good at what he does.“

I called Jet Air, and they scheduled me in quickly.. The technician Nick, arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and he knew his boilers. He diagnosed it immediately, needed a new valve, he replaced it and we had hot water again! The price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.. He was right, my cesspool was serviced again and we fixed the issue. A highlight about this owner, very nice, understanding, and reasonable. Most companies would not take the extra step to make sure the customer is happy and/or resolve an issue amicably.
