Fast, friendly, & professional.Had a small issue with a 15+ year old shower cartridge and the team handled it in seemingly no time at all.They came in, engaged with you in a way that immediately made you feel comfortable, took care of the job, cleaned everything up and upon departure, you had a sense of relief that everything was taken care of as you desired.Highly recommended.

I signed up for a free boiler cleaning and tune-up through National Grid and was lucky enough to have it contracted out through Sampson plumbing. Great communication with the office and the tech that came was great and very informative. Highly recommend!

My 30 years old gas boiler was out back in February. I picked 2 companies nearby, but Joe was able to come and install it the next day. They also replaced my 30 years old hot water tank. They finished the work in 1 day and cleaned up everything. They broke few steps in my basement when they moved the heavy equipment. I didn't expect them to come back the next day and fixed my stairscase. I think the most difficult task for them was installing my 2 Nest thermostats. They tried so many times, but for some reason they couldn't get the Nest to control the new gas boiler. So they offered me 2 batteries power Honeywell thermostats instead.
