Overall good experience, though the technician arrived 3+ hours passed our scheduled appointment time. I was informed twice of the delay via text message, though I would have preferred a phone call. The technician resolved our issue and suggested alternate options to remedy the condition should it occur again. Still pretty happy with Micci service.
