My Navien water heater suddenly stopped working on Thursday. There was no heat or hot water. So I Googled a heating company. The technician came and told me he thought the pump needed replacing. But after wasting my four hours, he made the hot water system worse. He couldn't even find the problem. He finally told me he couldn't help any more and asked me to call Navien for help. Then I found Frank on Google, and he fixed everything for me in just 30 minutes. He's such a professional!

I use McIntosh Plumbing any time I have a plumbing or heating issue at home. Hi installed a new shower in my bathroom, put up a new heating system in my laundry room, fixed clogged pipes and rerouted the cold water from the cement floor to the attic. He always does a good job and I refer my family and friends to him because he does good work at a fair price.

We have been using this company for years now. Back in our old house and now at our new house. Originally we had a few estimates given to us to see what would be more cost effective and Franks was most reasonable and fair. We had an indirect hot water heater, burner and whole new boiler installed yesterday. They did a really great job and were very efficient. They also changed out all our valves in the house a couple weeks ago. They are very responsive when we call or text. I would highly recommend them.Service: Water heater installation
