They actually called me that night and offered to come right then but I decided to wait til morning. Ben arrived during the scheduled window. He was so nice and professional. I was the last appointment of his day and although it was getting colder and dark outside, he still created an environment where he could check the units as if some summertime heat was setting in, otherwise it was too cold. It was very interesting to see how that’s done. If not for that experienced effort, he would’ve had to come back on a different day.
