My HVAC system’s fan was working but no cold air was coming out of the vents. I was able to make an appointment with Yost & Campbell for the next day through the phone on a Sunday night using a digital assistant. The service technician Mario Segura, was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. He had the needed part in his vehicle and was able to give me a reasonable quote which I accepted. He was very quick but thorough in replacing the necessary part. Mario answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I did not know much about the system.
