“I just had to write a review about the installation of my minisplit system by Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning. The installers really worked with me. It would have been easier for them to install one of the outside units in the front of my house, but I really wanted both units out in the back. Even though it caused them quite a bit more effort, they took the time and a lot of care to make it work. I got a Mitsubishi system and chose Arnica Heating and Air because they are a local business and listed as a diamond star installer for Mitsubishi. “I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion.
