They are punctual and react promptly to emergencies. Jo, the head of the company, is always on the front line when needed, personally taking care of and solving issues that may arise. I wanted to say a great thank you to the Schaaf team! Joe Hroncich did amazing work of fixing a complex situation with root causing the incorrect hot water pipes connection installed by a prior contractor. Joe root caused the problem, changed cartrage and couplings, all for amazing value compared to the most of the plumbers in the area. Scheduling and work was very fast and all on the Thanksgiving Eve, making it amazing for our family. Thank you so much!
