“I would give Olympia 10 stars if I could. They came when I needed them. They were super RESPONSIVE. I called and someone picked up. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Took my info and told me what the next steps would be. Steven called me back in a timely fashion and also was able to come within a very reasonable time frame. He let me know 20 minutes before coming over which I appreciated. He and Kosta were FRIENDLY yet PROFESSIONAL. KNOWLEDGEABLE and also patient in explaining to me what they were doing. It was a pleasure having them do the work. They fixed my AC and I couldn't have been more pleased with them and their work. I feel at ease knowing they are here to support my AC needs. The charge was REASONABLE. It's not easy to find a company that is responsive, competent, and also a pleasure to deal with. As a women, I appreciate that they treated me as they would a male customer. Even the person picking up the main line was great. From the moment I called to the moment the job was finished, everything was EXCELLENT, EASY, and SMOOTH. My neighbor recommended them to me because they were also pleased and they were right!
