They helped me with travel passport, the policy of destination country was though and time sensitive 5 days prior flight . The staff helped me curated and were responsible. Even tho my doctor was off on the date I needed to the flight , they squeezed me in to other doctor to be sure the passport papers are on time .The doctor - I’ve seen Sarah V ., is very knowledgeable, experienced and genuine to pet or me with concerns about his health .The staff is great too ( I’m saying it because I’ve called them a lot when my travel papers were preparing, they were responsive even considering I was probably annoying one day )

I love this place and my dog does too! Nothing but the utmost professionalism from everyone, from the receptionists to the vets. The warm and welcoming atmosphere coupled with the expert care provided makes it my go-to veterinary clinic. Their commitment to excellence truly sets them apart. Mango always leaves with treats and a happy tail!

I've been going to Vinegar Hill Vet for what must be 20 years or so...I have primarily seen Dr Neuman along with Dr. Adelman for my cats. They have always been super kind and caring during my regular visits as well as when I've had to make some difficult choices. Dr. Neuman was extremely patient and kind in helping me make those tough but right decisions. I also appreciate their honesty and straightforwardness. They are the best neighborhood vet in Brooklyn and I have recommended them to multiple friends who have also been very happy.I also like that they usually have some resident cats who are always total characters :)
