I would go to this location more often if they were closer to my place. The staff are sweet and understanding towards my confused dog. I highly recommend Dr. Armas, she listens to my concerns and gives me space for them. I don't leave the visit confused as some vets have left me

Cannot say enough great things about my experience with this place. We took our 13.5 year old dog Bandit, who's always scared and sometimes scary in turn, in to have a tooth abscess treated that led to surgery. From the second we walked in for the initial appointment and all the way through the procedure and even navigating payment - everyone we met and dealt with were nothing but caring, helpful, and wonderful. Especially because of the specifics regarding my very particular and moody dog, it means so much to me to have found a trustworthy vet in NYC. Can’t recommend or thank them enough! We went to the Flatbush Ave location.
